SIZES & PRODUCTS
I received an item that looks different from the product image I saw online. Why is this?
Please note that due to glare and camera quality, product images displayed online may be slightly different in color and possibly, dimension from the actual apparel.
However, this will only be a minor variation and should not affect your decision-making in placing your orders.
What if the product I order is out of stock?
In the event that a particular product is out of stock, we will either make your required apparel on order, or prepare the apparel in a similar alternate fabric and trimmings.
How many sizes do you offer?
Pinks & Blues has categorised its size range in 3 categories: Infant, Toddler and Junior sizes. These are as follows:
Infant size range: 0-3 months, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 15 months
Toddler size range: 1.5 years, 2 years, 2.5 years, 3-4 years, 5-6 years
Junior size range: 7-8 years, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-14 years
Altogether, we offer 15 sizes ranging from newborn up to 14 years for both boys and girls.
The price is higher for a bigger size. Why is that?
Our prices vary according to size. Generally, a bigger size will mean a higher price. This is because a bigger size requires more fabric and other resources, such as buttons, sequins, etc.
How do I select my required size?
Depending on the style required, first please identify your required size in the Size Chart available on the Main Menu on the website.
Please note that the size mentioned against any given measurement in the size chart is just a recommended size.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
I would like to exchange an apparel. How do I do this?
Apparel can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery provided the price tag is attached with the apparel and the clothing is substantially unused.
You may visit one of our outlets to exchange your item with a proof of purchase, ie: a receipt of your purchase.
Can apparel once ordered, be returned?
No. Items once received by the customer cannot be returned.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards. Customers within Pakistan as well as overseas can pay online. Additionally, Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available within Karachi ONLY.
Is my card information safe online?
Absolutely. Your card information is 100% safe online since our store uses SSL encryption methods to process all payments.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
When can I expect to receive my order?
When using our ‘Standard’ shipping method, please allow 12-18 business days for international orders, and 4-10 business days for deliveries within Pakistan.
If an item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a new dispatch date.
Our business days are from Monday-Friday.
How will my order be sent to me?
We dispatch all orders through a reputed courier service. At the point of dispatch you will receive an email confirming the content and method of delivery for your order.
Can I amend an existing order?
As soon as we receive an order, we aim to dispatch the items as soon as possible. If you wish to amend your order, please call our Customer Service team at +92 21 35837318, 35301983 or 0300-9251442 within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will certainly consider your request.
Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once we fully verify the details, we may amend your existing order for you.
However, once an order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any amendments.
I placed an order and received a damaged item. How can I return this?
We are really sorry that you received a damaged item. In such case, we will exchange the particular item for you that is damaged, but will be unable to issue a return for you.
Please note that our exchange policy lasts 15 days. After 15 days have gone by, we will be unable to exchange the item for you.
